TODAY’S WOD

 

thanks toCrossFit Endurance for today’s WOD

30 Seconds of  work followed by 20 seconds of rest, change to the next movement during the rest.  Count reps. No rest between rounds.  Log reps per round.

Double Unders

Sit- Ups

Push- Ups

Seated Box Jump, from a seated position on a 12″ box, jump to a 24″ box

Kettlebell Swings

5 Rounds , total time is a little over 20 minutes

Scaled (an example of how we might scale today’s WOD for your current fitness level)

4 Rounds

18lb to 36lb kettlebell

can sub seated on 12″ box stepping up to 18″ box

 

Beginner

3 Rounds

can sub single unders if you can’t do double unders

9lb to 18lb kettlebell

use step ups to 18″ box
