TODAY’S WOD

Strength Work:

Turkish Get-Up

Spend some time practicing with a lighter Kettlebell to dial in your form.  Keep the arm with the weight pressed towards the ceiling throughout the movement.

After a thorough warm up work up to a new max weight for 5 reps on each side.

7 Powercleans  75 to 105lbs

7 Push Press

20 Double Unders

 

Scaled (an example of how we might scale today’s WOD for your current fitness level)

5 Rounds for time:

5 Powercleans  45 to 75lbs

5 Push Press   45 to 75lbs

50 Single Unders or 10 Double Unders

 

Beginner

4 Rounds for time:

5 Powercleans  15 to 35lbs

5 Push Press  15 to 35lbs
